What technical requirements do large machining plants have for machining parts?

When machining workpieces in large-scale machining plants, they are processed according to the drawings specified by the customer. The machined workpieces must be within the tolerance range specified in the drawings to be qualified workpieces, but as long as they are in accordance with the customer's drawing file size Can the processing be completely in line with the final needs of the customer? The answer is obviously no, and the technical issues that need to be considered for machined parts are not limited to this. So what technical requirements do large machining plants have for machined parts?
1. The machined parts cannot be placed directly on the ground after finishing, and necessary support and protection measures should be taken to prevent the machined parts from being deformed, scratched, bumped, etc.
2. The surface of the machined parts after surface treatment in the final machining process should not have defects such as peeling and oxide skin.
3. In the contour processing of machined parts, the shape PR not marked should meet the requirements of GB1184-80, the allowable tolerance of the unmarked length dimension tolerance is ±0.5mm, the round radius is not marked R5, the chamfer is not marked All are C2, and all sharp edges and corners need to be blunt, and all should be stabbed.
4. The surface of the machined parts should not have defects such as scratches, abrasions, black skin and burrs. The surface of the machined parts that need to be painted must be removed from the surface of rust, oxide scale, grease, dust and other dirt before painting.
5. Before rust removal of machined parts, organic solvents, lye, emulsifiers, etc. should be used to remove grease and dirt on the surface.
6. The contact surface of riveted parts must be coated with anti-rust paint with a thickness of 30-40 μm before connecting.
In addition to processing according to the customer's drawings, large-scale machining plants should also consider whether the workpiece will be deformed, scratched, rusted and other defects after the machining is completed. Matching is the real qualified product.
