Requirements for the use of large CNC lathes

In addition to understanding the precautions for large-scale CNC lathe processing and the technical characteristics of large-scale CNC lathe processing, large-scale CNC lathe processing must also know the use requirements of large-scale CNC lathe processing. The normal use of large-scale CNC lathe processing must meet the following requirements.
1. Environmental requirements
The location of large CNC lathe processing equipment should be far away from the source of vibration, avoid the influence of direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid the influence of humidity and airflow. If there is a shock source near the large CNC lathe processing equipment, anti-vibration grooves should be set around the equipment, otherwise the processing accuracy and stability of the equipment will be affected, and the electronic components will have poor contact and failure, which will affect the reliability of the processing equipment.
2. Power requirements
Equipment processed by large CNC lathes should be placed in areas with small power supply voltage fluctuations, and the power supply voltage needs to be strictly controlled. The power supply voltage fluctuation must be within the allowable range of the large CNC lathe processing equipment and remain relatively stable, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the large CNC lathe processing.
3. Temperature requirements
The ambient temperature of large CNC lathes should be lower than 30 °C and the relative humidity should be less than 80%. The electric control box of the large CNC lathe processing equipment should be equipped with an exhaust fan or a cooling fan to maintain a constant working temperature of the electronic components. Excessive temperature and humidity will reduce the life of the internal parts of the large CNC lathe processing equipment and increase the number of failures.
4. Equipment usage requirements
Operators are not allowed to arbitrarily change the factory-set parameters of the equipment when using large-scale CNC lathes. The settings of these parameters directly affect the dynamic characteristics of each component of the equipment. Only the value of the gap compensation parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Operators cannot change equipment accessories at will. Manufacturers have fully considered the matching parameters of each link when setting accessories. Blindly replacing the parameters of each link is likely to cause accidents.
The normal use of large-scale CNC lathe processing equipment must meet the above conditions. The equipment should be far away from the source of the earthquake, where the power supply voltage fluctuation is small, the temperature is lower than 30 °C, and the relative humidity is less than 80%, and it should be operated according to the relevant requirements of the equipment. In order to better improve the service life and stability of large CNC lathe processing equipment.
